the molten chocolate has been on the final menu since the first location opened in 1998 and is our most popular dessert. it is a baked to order a warm chocolate cake with a goey center, served with coffee gelatoe, milk chocolate covered almonds and valrhona chocolate sauce.
Creme Brulee
we use the finest tahitian vanilla beans and heavy cream to give this classic dessert the final treatment. the vanilla cream is glazed a la minute by our chefs and garnished with orange butter cookies and fresh fruits.
Manjari Mouse
you've never tasted chocolate mousse like this. it'a bitter sweet valrhona manjari mousse layered with chocolate buttermilk cake and french apricot puree. we serve it with a napolean of blackberry cabernet sorbet and strudel dough.
